Philios has over 33 years of experience in structural and civil engineering, program and project management for infrastructure and building projects of varying complexities and ranging in value up to $2B. He has been on the forefront of strategic pursuits and proposal preparation and submission (including hundreds of SF330 submissions) leading to over $1 Billion in contract value wins over a 30-year span. He is a registered P.E. in multiple states and has held leadership positions or served as a member on boards or committees for industry associations such as ACEC, SAME, and CMAA.
